1. The Services

Puff Doodle is a one-tap arcade runner where players create a doodle-style character, optionally transform it with AI into a playable sprite, and guide the sprite through hoops while avoiding hazards. The Services may include guest play, accounts, cloud-saved character packs, AI-generated sprite states, category-aware sounds, leaderboards, share cards, referrals, purchases, credits, ads, and future social or creator features.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including game mechanics, difficulty settings, leaderboards, AI generation limits, rewards, pricing, credits, ads, and availability.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services unless we provide a specific parent-approved child account or legally compliant family experience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, saved content, purchases, and activity. Keep your login information secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may offer login through email/password, magic link, Google, Apple, Facebook, WeChat, or other providers. Third-party login providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Guest access may be limited. Guest progress, generated content, credits, and purchases may be lost if you clear local storage, switch devices, uninstall the app, or fail to create an account.

3. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, SunEgg grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful, personal, entertainment purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, host, modify, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

4. User Content

"User Content" means anything you submit, upload, draw, generate, save, share, publish, or transmit through the Services, including drawings, uploaded images, prompts, character notes, sprite packs, generated sprite states, nicknames, profile details, scorecards, invite messages, feedback, custom sounds, obstacle props, and other player-created materials.

You retain whatever rights you have in your User Content. You are responsible for your User Content and for making sure you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit and use it in the Services.

You grant SunEgg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, perform, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, moderate, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, protect, promote, and provide the Services.

For private User Content that you do not share publicly, we will use it primarily to provide and improve the Services, enforce safety and legal rules, troubleshoot, and comply with law. Publicly shared content may be visible to other users and may be used in promotional or showcase materials unless you delete it or ask us to remove it and we are able to do so.

5. AI-Generated Content

Puff Doodle may use AI to transform doodles or uploaded images into game-style sprites, create reaction states, remove backgrounds, normalize sprites, detect a general sprite category for sounds or cosmetics, and moderate content.

AI outputs may be unpredictable, imperfect, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for gameplay. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, available permanently, or accepted by app stores, ad networks, marketplaces, or other platforms.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before saving, publishing, sharing, selling, or otherwise using them. Do not submit prompts or images that include confidential information, sensitive personal data, real people without consent, celebrities, famous characters, copyrighted or trademarked materials you do not have permission to use, or content prohibited by these Terms.

SunEgg may reject, modify, block, remove, or disable generated content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, fails safety checks, harms gameplay, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Services.

6. Content and Conduct Rules

You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, generate, share, or promote content or activity that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Copies or closely imitates famous characters, celebrities, brands, logos, artists' distinctive styles, or third-party game assets without permission.
• Contains sexual content involving minors, exploits children, or attempts to identify or contact minors in unsafe ways.
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, graphically violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, illegal drugs, weapons misuse, terrorism, extremism, or criminal activity.
• Includes private personal information, precise location, financial information, medical data, identity documents, or images of people who have not consented.
• Cheats, manipulates scores, exploits bugs, uses bots, attacks servers, bypasses security, scrapes data, or disrupts the Services.
• Sends spam, fraudulent referrals, fake invitations, misleading promotions, malware, phishing, or unauthorized advertising.
• Violates law, app store rules, payment-provider rules, advertising rules, or community standards.

We may moderate content and behavior, but we are not obligated to monitor all activity. We may remove content, reset scores, disable features, revoke credits, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Purchases, Credits, Tokens, and Virtual Items

The Services may offer paid character credits, sprite packs, subscriptions, tokens, cosmetics, power-user features, ads-free options, or other virtual items. Prices, bundles, promotions, and availability may change at any time.

Virtual items have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed for money unless we expressly say otherwise in a written program. They are licensed, not sold, and may be limited to your account, device, region, platform, or app store.

Payments may be processed by Stripe, app stores, or other payment providers. Their terms, fees, refund processes, and taxes may also apply. Except where required by law or by an applicable app store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable once credits or digital content are delivered or used.

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse transactions, rewards, credits, or purchases that appear fraudulent, mistaken, abusive, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

8. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If we offer subscriptions, the subscription terms shown at purchase will control the price, billing period, included benefits, renewal timing, cancellation method, and trial terms. Subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal through the platform where you subscribed.

The purchase screen will disclose renewal terms, cancellation steps, price, billing interval, trial terms if any, and refund rules.

9. Referrals, Rewards, Creator Features, and Promotions

We may offer referral codes, invite rewards, free packs, creator badges, revenue-share features, contests, or promotions. Each program may have additional rules.

You may not create fake accounts, spam invitations, mislead users, buy or sell invite codes, manipulate attribution, use bots, or abuse rewards. We may withhold, reverse, expire, or revoke rewards if we suspect abuse or if a program changes.

Unless a written creator or affiliate agreement says otherwise, rewards have no cash value and do not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or fiduciary relationships with SunEgg.

10. Ads and Sponsored Content

The Services may display ads, sponsored content, rewarded ads, cross-promotions, or affiliate links. We may personalize ads where permitted by law and your privacy choices. Ads and third-party offers are the responsibility of the advertisers or third-party services that provide them.

If you promote Puff Doodle or receive benefits for referrals, reviews, posts, videos, or endorsements, you must clearly disclose your relationship with SunEgg and follow applicable advertising and platform rules.

11. Leaderboards, Scores, and Gameplay Integrity

Leaderboards, achievements, rewards, difficulty bands, and score validation are provided for entertainment. We may review, adjust, remove, reset, or refuse scores, accounts, rewards, or leaderboard entries if we suspect cheating, automation, exploitation, technical errors, abuse, or unfair play.

Gameplay rules, difficulty, physics, hoop movement, hazards, accessibility settings, and score-validation logic may change over time. We do not guarantee that a score, rank, saved run, reward, or leaderboard position will remain available or unchanged.

12. Ownership of the Services

SunEgg and its licensors own the Services, including software, code, game mechanics, designs, graphics, audio, trademarks, logos, names, characters created by SunEgg, user interfaces, databases, documentation, and other materials, except for User Content owned by users or third parties.

Puff Doodle, SunEgg, and related names, logos, and trade dress are trademarks or brand assets of SunEgg or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission except as allowed by law.

13. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant SunEgg a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

14. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices

If you believe content in the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright contact:

A DMCA notice should include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

We may remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe and may terminate repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice as permitted by law.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on third-party services, including authentication providers, hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors, app stores, analytics tools, email providers, ad networks, social platforms, and content delivery networks. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

17. Updates, Availability, and Beta Features

We may update, patch, rebalance, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time. Some features may be experimental, beta, region-limited, invite-only, or subject to usage limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, performance, preservation of data, or continued support for any device, browser, platform, or feature.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, account, content, purchases, credits, rewards, or participation in features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, used the Services abusively, or if we discontinue the Services.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, User Content licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and legal compliance provisions.

19. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunEgg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, security, and availability.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs, gameplay, leaderboards, purchases, rewards, accessibility settings, or social features will be error-free, safe for every user, available at all times, or suitable for any particular purpose.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunEgg and its members, managers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; lost goodwill; service interruption; content loss; device damage; or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunEgg's total liability for all claims relating to the Services will be the greater of: (a) the amount you paid SunEgg for the Services in the three months before the claim arose; or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

21. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SunEgg and its members, managers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and SunEgg agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting [email protected] and giving the other side a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, unless the dispute qualifies for small claims court or another venue is required by law. You and SunEgg consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
